WHAT I DO

Someone recently emailed me and asked me,"How do you do a spiritual healing in a week from long distance?" Here is my reply.

Distance Healing is easier for me than face to face healing, because I can detach myself from the client's emotions, which I tend to pick up face to face. This reduces stress for me and my client. I meditate over a few sessions with my Higher Power and Guides and receive suggestions for the client. These suggestions may be foods to add or avoid, certain types of massage or exercise, certain colors to wear, or specific products to use - mine or others. My products are provided free to the client.


During meditation I heal current and past lives by soul fragment retrieval. I also remove energy implants and other blockages, release negative entity attachments, and whatever else my Higher Power and Guides lead me to do. Sometimes I Journey in the Mongolian Shaman fashion to get assistance, messages and healings. All of this is similar to praying with intent, and I think of my Higher Power and Guides as religious people might think of G-d or Jesus. There are disabling undercurrents in many of us that are never explored since our society in general does not believe in Spiritual Healing.


I concentrate on only one client at a time for about a week so I can build on the previous messages and healings to see how they affect the client on a spiritual level. It is also a way for me to see what develops as the client does the things that have been suggested. Sometimes negative spirits or entities can be exposed or aggravated by a single healing, so I like to keep in contact spiritually over the week to see how things progress and catch any negativity before it can affect the client. I also get messages when I am not meditating or journeying, so when I concentrate on only one client at a time I know exactly who gets the message.


I only do sessions for individuals who ask for assistance for themselves after going to a doctor and need more than medical help. Unfortunately, some people do not want to be helped, so I do not take requests for others. The fee is $300.00.

SPIRITUAL CAUSES OF AGORAPHOBIA

Agoraphobia is the fear of crowded spaces that psychiatrists generally think is a chemical imbalance or learned response to stress. Some suffers even fear leaving their home. An anxiety disorder is a distinct possibility, but doctors do not take into account that malevolent spiritual forces may be affecting the patient too.

I recently did a series of Spiritual Healing Sessions for EJ in Europe. During my Session with her Spiritual Body I was told of an outside force that was creating fear for her. This could have been cause of many of her health problems, some of which were relieved after the Sessions. Her Spiritual Body listed many powerful things for her to do elevate protective energy levels - using incense at a certain time of the day, specific herbal mixes to place around her local area, an individual scent that would be beneficial and items to place in her home. While she did not mention to me that she was suffering from agoraphobia, it got me thinking that others suffering from the disorder may be helped by Spiritual means.

Everyone’s situation is different, so I will not list the exact things that EJ did, but if you or a loved on is suffering from agoraphobia, seeking a spiritual cause certainly something to think about.

SHAMANISM, SMOKING, AND HOW TO QUIT

I have some tips to stop smoking or any other physical habit like excessive alcohol consumption or biting your fingernails.
It my belief that the smoking habit stems from the inborn gift that many smokers were born to be Shamans, Medicine Men, or Healers. Shamans know that tobacco is a Holy Plant and they burn it ceremonially with reverence for insight and clarity. It is also used as an offering to Shamans for their work, and is gratefully given to bless and thank Mother Earth after harvesting other plants.

My tips for stopping the smoking habit are as follows:
Use the diet changes and products below for support and make a commitment to yourself to gradually taper off. The first few days or week do not smoke for the first hour after waking. The second week do not smoke til the second hour after waking, etc. When you get to where you are only smoking in the evenings do not smoke for one whole day to the next evening. After a week make it every other day of not smoking, then every third day, etc. After a while you will be only smoking at night two days a week, and then it will be easier to stop altogether. Make sure to tell a friend or family member of your commitment so they can remind you.
Tobacco is a member of the Nightshade vegetable family, so stop eating tomatoes, green and red peppers, eggplant, spinach and white potatoes. These can cause tobacco cravings.
Gradually lessen your intake of coffee, chocolate, alcohol, corn, soy, onions, garlic, sugar, sodas and soft drinks, processed foods, gluten-containing foods (wheat, oats, rye, barley) and cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, kale, cabbage. I do not necessarily mean to stop eating them totally, but just limit them to two or three times a week, less if you experience cravings or lowered energy.
Use these products daily:
Vitamin C- chewable and tablets. Tobacco depletes your bodys store and that causes cravings.
A good multi-vitamin from a health food store.
B Complex
Orange juice and other citrus juices
Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc supplement in one pill as directed and as needed. These are Mother Natures mineral tranquilizers and will keep you from wanting to put something in your mouth.
Rescue Remedy and other Flower Remedies. These can be diluted and taken every 15 minutes as needed.
Mints - Mother Natures herbal tranquilizers - candy, gum, cough drops, hot tea and weak iced tea (use stevia to sweeten)
Homeopathic Tabacum and other homeopathic remedies. Look them up to suit your needs.
Spring Water - fresh from the spring if you can get it.
Keep in mind that your tobacco habit may be a blessing in disguise; you may be a Shaman-unawares. Know in your heart that the Spirits are on your side. Start to investigate Energy Healers, Shamans, Medicine Men and Spiritual Healers. You may just find yourself there.

SPIRITUAL PATHS AND "THE ALCHEMIST"

In the book, The Alchemist,” author Paulo Coelho writes about finding your “Personal Legend.” This means following your Higher Path for the Highest Good. There are many people who are not willing or able to see their Higher Path for many reasons. They take the easy path - the one that, while it may seem to be the only one for them at the time, it is not the Best and Highest Path overall and can lead to negativity and destruction. Many people do find their way to their Highest Path later in life - even though it may take years of dedication, introspection, research, growth, and asking for Spiritual help and Guidance from both internal and external sources. It is definitely worth it!

GETTING YOUR SPOUSE TO HELP AROUND THE HOUSE

When you gradually add these suggestions it will make you feel good because you are doing positive things to help your family stay on the right track and build your spouse’s self esteem. It might take a little practice on your part, but it is worth it!

Find a time when you can calmly think about what you would like for your spouse to do to help. Ask for Spiritual Guidance on ways for you to accept your mate as they are and to lead you to other resources for help. Visualize your mate happily accepting the suggestions below, and other ways to subtly encourage them.

Go to your spouse’s work or invite their friends over and brag about the things they actually have done and tell of their future plans.

Let your spouse hear you talking to other people about how helpful they are and how your spouse said they would do something they have already committed to do in the future.

ASK your spouse to help you with a big PLEASE. THANK them profusely. Later say how appreciative you are.

Some people get overwhelmed at the whole task but will agree to 15 minutes. Ask, “Do you have 15 minutes?” and wait for a positive reply, then say, “Would you please do this?” And then keep it to 15 minutes, unless they want to continue. Don’t ask, “Could you?” because while maybe your spouse CAN do the task, they may not find the time, or a good day, etc.

Do things together using the 15 minute request.

MAKE HONEY-DO LISTS your spouse can proudly check off.

Find other people who will come and help. It will take the stress off both of you. Local church members can shop or bring food and youth groups can weed the garden. You do not need to join or be a regular participant. Your mate may just pitch in and help the group.

These suggestions also work with children ;).

The book, "Women Who Love Too Much," by Robin Norwood has been a lifesaver to many people having problems with their mates. She gives examples on what to say and do (and what NOT to say and do) to lessen the tension for everyone. Have your highlighter ready when you read it, you might see your spouse - and maybe yourself - throughout the whole book!

IMPLANT REMOVAL

I recently cleared a client with an implant. You can see his transcript at my blog at www.myspace.com/ShamanLee. I did a series of Spiritual Healing Sessions for him with the help of my Guides and Spiritual Helpers.

Implants are tricky and can have many ways to secure them that are not accessible to most people. You may think you have gotten rid of it only to find it presents itself in a different form because it was never really removed in the first place. This is why I use a series of Sessions to remove and release implants and other forms of unwanted holds.

My suggestion if you feel you have an implant is to write down when you feel the most threatened – who is with you, where you are and have been that day, what you have eaten for the past 24 hours, what you are wearing and where did it come from, etc. This will give you a large amount of information on how the implant is affecting you and how it is being stimulated. Then your job is to use the information to your benefit. Research the foods that may be affecting you. Stay away from people and places that seem to aggravate you. It is OK to limit your time with certain people, even if you have to refuse to have contact with them. You may need some support in this.

There is a lot of information on the web on Spiritual Protection. Even if it sounds hokey – go ahead and try some. You never know what will work for you.
